General Provisions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 67abc ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who registers for, accesses, or makes use of the services available at https://67abc.io, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, and associated payment services.

1.2 67abc operates as an internationally operated online betting and casino platform. The platform is made available to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 67abc platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

1.3 These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the 67abc Terms & Conditions. 67abc reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the changes.

1.4 Where these Terms refer to other 67abc policy documents — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms — those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 67abc.

1.5 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms or game-specific rules published on the 67abc platform, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to the matter to which it specifically applies.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction. Use of the 67abc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 67abc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 67abc platform is intended for use by players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where accessing online betting and casino services is not expressly prohibited by local law. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such services are restricted do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. 67abc makes no representations regarding the legality of the platform's services in any specific jurisdiction beyond its designated operating markets.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 67abc platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 67abc will close the additional account(s), void any pending transactions, and may permanently close all associated accounts.

2.4 Accurate Registration Details. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. Any winnings accrued through an account registered with false details may be voided.

2.5 KYC Verification. 67abc applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit identity documents (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.6 Account Ineligibility. The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the 67abc platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who are, or have previously been, self-excluded from the 67abc platform; (c) persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of gambling; (d) employees, contractors, or close associates of 67abc or its affiliated game providers who have access to non-public information that could confer a material advantage in betting or gaming.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security. Players are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 67abc account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through a Player's account is deemed to be authorised by that Player, regardless of whether the activity was actually carried out by the account holder or a third party who gained access.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If a Player has reason to believe that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify the 67abc support team immediately at [email protected]. 67abc will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, may temporarily freeze the account to prevent further unauthorised activity pending investigation.

3.3 Account Currency. All 67abc accounts operated by players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, transaction records, wager amounts, and winnings are all displayed and processed in BDT. 67abc does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Accounts denominated in other currencies may be available in other jurisdictions and are subject to those jurisdictions' specific account terms.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 67abc may contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying any inactive account policy. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held in accordance with applicable operational procedures. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact [email protected].

3.5 Account Closure by Player. A Player wishing to close their 67abc account may do so by contacting [email protected]. All pending bets at the time of account closure request will be settled according to standard rules. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

3.6 Account Closure by 67abc. 67abc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Player poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or (d) continued operation of the account conflicts with the Platform's responsible gaming obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 67abc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. 67abc reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice. Players should check the current list of available methods within their account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. 4.3 Processing Times. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the 67abc account within three (3) minutes of successful payment initiation. Deposits via other methods may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers may take up to three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement. Players must only deposit and wager funds that they personally own and are legally entitled to use. Deposits made using funds obtained from illegal activity, funds belonging to a third party, or funds subject to a legal dispute are strictly prohibited. Where 67abc identifies or suspects that deposited funds are not legitimately owned by the account holder, the account may be frozen pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Requirements. All withdrawals are subject to the following requirements: (a) the Player's account must have completed KYC verification; (b) the Player must have deposited at least once via a verified payment method; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method in the Player's own name; (d) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied in relation to bonus-derived funds.

4.6 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 67abc does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies for Bangladesh-market accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 67abc may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern in relation to that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagers placed on sports betting markets with odds below 1.50, or on games excluded from the promotion, will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. 67abc reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are generally available to one eligible Player per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who 67abc reasonably believes are exploiting promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry dates as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically without further notice.

5.5 No Guarantee of Continued Offers. The existence of a promotional offer at any given time does not constitute a guarantee that the same or similar offers will continue to be available in the future. 67abc may withdraw, suspend, or materially alter any promotion at any time, including promotions that are currently active, by posting an update on the relevant promotion page.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets. By placing a bet on the 67abc platform, the Player confirms that they have sufficient available balance in their 67abc account, that the bet is placed voluntarily, and that they accept the odds offered at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Markets. 67abc reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any betting market and associated odds at any time prior to the event commencing. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently withdrawn before event commencement will be refunded to the Player's account balance in full.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 67abc in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; events cancelled or abandoned without a decisive result; events decided by factors other than the contest itself (such as walkovers or technical forfeitures); or where evidence of match fixing or corruption is established. Void bets are refunded to the Player's account at the original stake.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. 67abc applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player. These limits vary by sport, market, and account type. 67abc reserves the right to limit the stake, restrict the markets, or reduce the payout on any bet at its sole discretion, particularly for accounts identified as professional or high-volume bettors.

6.5 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets are offered at the Platform's discretion. Bets on live markets are accepted subject to real-time availability. 67abc is not liable for delays in odds updates caused by data feed interruptions, network latency, or third-party provider downtime during live events.

6.6 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting at 67abc covers BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral ODI series, and Test match cricket involving Bangladesh and international teams. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules on rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, reduced-overs matches, and player substitutions — are published in the 67abc Cricket Betting Rules document, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Casino & Games

7.1 Game Availability. The 67abc casino and slots library is provided by third-party software suppliers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game availability may vary from time to time depending on supplier licensing, regional restrictions, scheduled maintenance, or technical issues. 67abc is not liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of any specific game title.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All slot games and casino table game outcomes on the 67abc platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game suppliers. RNG systems used by 67abc's software partners are independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. 67abc does not modify, influence, or have access to the outcome of any game round.

7.3 Game Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, communication error, or software glitch that affects a game round, 67abc reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and return the applicable stake to the Player's account. 67abc is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake for the affected round.

7.4 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical return to player percentage for each game title is determined by the respective game supplier and is disclosed in the game information panel within the 67abc platform. Actual player returns over any specific session or period will vary from the stated theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of each game.

7.5 Live Casino. The 67abc live casino service is provided via real-time video stream from studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Players interacting in live casino games are subject to the table limits, game rules, and dealer instructions displayed within the live game interface. Network interruptions that disconnect a Player from a live game round in progress will be handled in accordance with the game supplier's standard disconnection policy, which is available within the live game interface.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67abc platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the security of the 67abc platform or its infrastructure.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the 67abc platform without prior written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 67abc platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of 67abc's intellectual property — including but not limited to scraping odds data, reproducing game content, or imitating the 67abc brand — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67abc shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform; (b) losses arising from network interruptions, server downtime, software faults, or third-party service failures; (c) losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the platform, including betting tips, statistics, or promotional communications.

11.2 67abc's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their 67abc account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 67abc's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.4 The 67abc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 67abc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform.

Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments. 67abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 67abc will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 67abc platform after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms.

12.2 Termination by 67abc. 67abc may suspend or terminate a Player's account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, responsible gaming concerns, or operational necessity. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Upon termination for reasons other than breach, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

12.3 Survival of Provisions. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply following the termination of a Player's account.

Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 67abc is incorporated and from which it holds its operational authorisation.

13.2 Any dispute between a Player and 67abc that cannot be resolved through the 67abc customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules applicable in the Platform's jurisdiction of operation. Players who are residents of Bangladesh agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13.3 Players agree that, to the extent permitted by law, any claims against 67abc must be brought in their individual capacity and not as part of a class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding.
